NUJ Praises Kano Correspondents’ Chapel at 2026 Eid-el-Fitr Thanksgiving Event

The National President of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, Comrade Alhassan Yahya, on Sunday in Kano, commended the Kano Correspondents’ Chapel for fostering unity during the 2026 Eid-el-Fitr Thanksgiving and special prayers held at the Kano Press Centre. He praised the leadership for organizing the event to celebrate Ramadan’s end, strengthen professional bonds, and promote peace among journalists.

Comrade Yahya said Ramadan promotes discipline, empathy, and humility. He noted that these values align with journalism ethics.
