The Lagos State Government shared 20,000 food packs across 20 Local Government Areas and 37 Local Council Development Areas.

Officials also extended distribution to religious centres and community locations. This ensured wider reach and participation.

According to the government, the initiative aimed to make residents feel included in the celebration.

In an open letter, Sanwo-Olu praised Tinubu’s leadership as a former Lagos governor.

The governor urged residents to continue supporting Tinubu’s reforms.

He said the transformation process should not stop midway.

Sanwo-Olu acknowledged that economic reforms caused hardship. However, he noted that improvements are emerging.

He assured residents that the worst phase has passed and better outcomes lie ahead.
