Nigerian entrepreneur Obinna Iyiegbu has endorsed the second term of Charles Soludo, who was sworn in on Tuesday in Anambra State after winning the November 2025 governorship election. Speaking during the inauguration, he explained why the renewed mandate matters, how it will boost development, and what it means for residents and businesses.
Strong Confidence in Soludo’s Leadership
Obi Cubana expressed strong confidence in Governor Soludo’s leadership style and vision. He said the administration has introduced clear strategies for economic growth.
According to him, the governor’s policies already align with the expectations of Ndi Anambra both at home and abroad. He added that the second term will strengthen ongoing reforms.
Focus on Economic Growth and Infrastructure
The entrepreneur highlighted key areas that will benefit from the governor’s renewed mandate.

Electoral Victory Reflects Public Trust
Obi Cubana described Soludo’s re-election as a clear vote of confidence. He said the people of Anambra trust the governor’s leadership.
In the election, Soludo secured 422,664 votes. Meanwhile, his closest rival, Nicholas Ukachukwu of the APC, polled 99,445 votes.
The election took place across 5,718 polling units in the state.

He added that the second term offers a chance to deepen reforms across key sectors. He believes the administration will accelerate development efforts.
Moreover, he commended residents for supporting democratic governance. He praised them for participating actively in the electoral process.
