The National Prayer Support Group for Good Governance (NPSGGG) has targeted two million votes for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the 2027 elections, as the group begins voter mobilization and quarterly prayer sessions across Nigeria.
NPSGGG Sets Two Million Vote Target
The Director General of NPSGGG, Alhaji Amb. Abdul-Hakeem Atilade, gave the directive to the group’s Persons With Disabilities (PWDs) directorate.
He tasked National Coordinator Hon. Aduku Emmanuel with leading the mobilization effort.
Atilade also charged all 36 state coordinators and the FCT coordinator to support the campaign.
He urged them to work toward securing two million votes for Tinubu in the 2027 general elections.
Furthermore, he directed the group to begin voter mobilization immediately.
He also ordered quarterly prayer sessions across the country.
According to him, the activities should continue during and after the 2027 elections.
Group Commends PWDs Membership Growth
Atilade also praised the PWDs directorate for its recent membership growth.
The directorate reportedly registered more than 900 new members within 72 hours.
He described the development as encouraging for the NPSGGG platform.
He also said the growing acceptance could strengthen the All Progressives Congress (APC).
According to Atilade, increased participation by PWDs could boost grassroots mobilization.
Appeal for Support Ahead of PWDs Committee Inauguration
Meanwhile, Atilade urged Nigerians and APC stakeholders to support the NPSGGG PWDs platform.
He made the appeal ahead of the inauguration of the group’s PWDs working committee.
He stressed the importance of creating opportunities for persons with disabilities.
“There is a lot of ability in disability,” Atilade said.
The NPSGGG leadership expects the new committee to strengthen its grassroots activities.
It also aims to expand voter mobilization and prayer activities ahead of 2027.
