Comedian Okey Bakassi has offered ₦5 million reward for information leading to recovery of stolen phones and arrest of a suspect who allegedly stole about eight phones during a private football session in Ikoyi, Lagos, on Wednesday evening, April 15, 2026, after infiltrating the weekly game by posing as a player and later faking injury to escape with the devices.

Okey Bakassi said the incident happened during their regular Wednesday football gathering in Ikoyi.
