The Founder and President of the MAAUN Group of Universities, Professor Adamu Abubakar Gwarzo, has congratulated the newly inaugurated President of the Republic of Benin, Romuald Wadagni. Gwarzo delivered the message shortly after Wadagni’s inauguration in Benin Republic. He praised the president’s commitment to African unity, regional cooperation, and economic development. According to News Point Nigeria, Gwarzo made the remarks in response to Wadagni’s inaugural address, which focused on strengthening ties among African nations and promoting continental solidarity.

Gwarzo Describes Emergence as a Milestone for Africa

Professor Gwarzo described Wadagni’s emergence as a historic milestone for Benin Republic and Africa.

He noted that the president’s inauguration has renewed hope for stronger cooperation among African countries. He also expressed confidence that the new administration would promote peace, economic prosperity, and stronger diplomatic relations across the continent.

Furthermore, Gwarzo said African nations would benefit greatly from deeper economic collaboration and shared development goals.

Absence from Inauguration Ceremony

Although Professor Gwarzo received an invitation to attend the inauguration ceremony, he could not participate due to circumstances beyond his control.

Despite his absence, he reaffirmed his support for President Wadagni’s administration and its vision for a stronger and more united Africa.

Gwarzo stated that the inauguration marks the beginning of a promising chapter for Benin Republic and the wider African continent.
