The 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers has been concluded, with three time African Champions, Nigeria handed what many described as a kind draw in Group A, alongside Sierra Leone, Guinea Bissau and either Sao Tome or Mauritius.
However, some fans have described the group as unpredictable, calling on the Super Eagles to be very careful and work towards wiping away the pain and disappointment from the hearts of football loving Nigerians as they failed to qualify for Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup.
The Nations Cup qualification series will begin in June 2022 while Ivory Coast is the host of the tournament proper in 2023.
